Returns & Refunds
How do I request a return?
To start a return, contact us at hello@remysuits.com.
Once the request is submitted, a member of our team will contact you within 2 working days to confirm the time and pick-up location of your return package.
Upon receipt of your returned package, we’ll inspect the product in order to approve the return. Any worn or damaged item(s) will not be accepted.
An email notification will be sent once the return has been accepted.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions:
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 5 days of the order’s delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in their original condition.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (hangers, labels, cover bags.) received with the order.
The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
Types of Exchange possible:
Size Exchange
Items can be exchanged only when a different size of the same Item Code is available. If the item is returned for a second time, the return will no longer be free.
What are the refund methods?
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit with a ONE year expiration date.
Credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed. Please note that refunds can take up to ten 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
You can also wish to have a refund with a store credit with a ONE year expiration date.
Unaccepted Returns:
Rèmy Suits — reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise and packaging that has been worn, used or damaged. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or an incorrect order , or believe it was damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
